I have wondered also as to the whereabouts of some of the people who used to post on a regular basis. Also, like the rest of you, I have wondered about the delay of the magazine issues. I am definitely going to the expo in St. Clairsville and I will hopefully find out what is going on. Unfortunately, I have resorted to other sites to carry on conversations with other bowyers.

Regardless of the problems one runs into be it finanacial or tecnical communication should not stop with the customer base, simply no excuse for that period. I spent many years in business and went through some rough times. You just don't leave a customer hanging because of being embarrassed. Steve

I agree. I purchased a 3 year subscription to TBJ, and I have been very disappointed with customer service!! No returned emails. Late arrivals. No arrivals. Phone calls. This is a great publication... if it arrives. You really need to communicte with your customers, Brian. Thanks.
