Thought I would share this with all ya'll. Here is what I have been using on squirrels, rabbits and "Other critters worth cash money when skin't..." (name THAT movie...).

It is simply a glue-on Ace Hex Head (the glue-ons are longer than the screw-ins, I like it better for this purpose) with a screw-in adapter epoxied in. I put a "gobbler stopper" inverted behind it and then just put it on like any other screw-in head. It will not bury up in the grass like a Hex alone will and is very effective. I put a keener edge on the head by chucking them up in a drill motor and holding a medium-fine (300-400) grit sandpaper against the end of the head while I spin it at a moderate rate. Shoot on some flat black spray enamel and you're good to go. These weigh within 3 grains of my hunting broadheads so I can hunt small game and practice up for large game at the same time. The length is also pretty much the same as my Wensell's and my Snuffers, so you get the same FOC feel you would with a broadhead.
If you try these, I hope they work as well for you as they do for me.

OkKeith
