<P>Hats off to Chef Dan with this recipe. Sounded like a great recipe when I received the newest issue and found it on p. 34. I followed the directions to a T and was very pleased with the outcome. I did baste the domestic p-chops on the grill a couple of mins. before being done. Keep the recipes and ideas coming, much appreciated!</P>
