<P style="MARGIN: 0px">I had the pleasure of meeting our resident chef on a western hunt a few weeks back. He was in charge of food and may well have been responsible for us being too well fed to hunt effectively.</P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">&nbsp;</P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">His first article with the pan seared venison loin was a real winner. And this last issue has a great braise recipe, goulash. I really like his explaination of method and detailed instuctions. Here's a picture of my son and his gal about to test drive the goulash recipe. 10 minutes later there were some very clean plates.</P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">&nbsp;</P> <P style="MARGIN: 0px">[Image: goulash.jpg]</P>
